Палачинко-понички
Вчера, разглеждайки какво ново има по блоговете, които следя, попаднах на тази интригуваща и лесна за изпълнение рецепта, предложена от Йоли. И тъй като децата много харесаха Хискин доунътс ;) веднага реших за закуска в неделя да им сервирам тези понички. И искам да ви кажа, че по-лесна и бърза закуска отдавна не бях правила. И станаха точно както Йоли ги беше описала - мекички и с дупка в средата, за да си я напълним както ни харесва. Тишко ги нарече Паличинко-понички (все пак нали тестото е палачинково :) ) Ометоха се веднага - как да се устои на тази комбинация между палачинка и поничка. Стават и за гости, ако се напълнят с подходяща плънка. Благодаря на Йоли и нейната леля за вкусната рецепта.
